Assessment Method
Course assessment is conducted through trainer/assessor training and direct observation of your skills at work plus student portfolio production.
Progression Route
At the end of the course learners will have improved skills at work. Learners may opt to become accredited Diploma (NVQ) assessors or apply to a university or a Higher Education institution in order to complete a Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Social work.
